4 large baking potatoes (2 lb./900 g)
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
1/2 cup fully cooked bacon pieces
2 green onions, sliced

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; scoop out centres, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Reserve removed centres for another use. (See tip.)
Place potato shells, cut sides up, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; brush with dressing.
Bake 40 min. or golden brown.
Fill potato shells with cheese and bacon. Bake 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with onions.

How to Use the Removed Baked Potato Centres
Cool, then refrigerate removed potato centres. When ready to serve, heat up and use to prepared mashed potatoes.
