1 lb. (450 g) small boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 green peppers, cut into wedges
1 onion, sliced, separated into rings
1/2 cup Kraft BarBQ Sauce
4 large flour tortillas (9 inch)
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese

Step 1
Preheat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Grill chicken 6 to 7 min. on each side and grill vegetables 4 to 5 min. on each side or until chicken is cooked through (170ºF) and vegetables are crisp-tender, brushing frequently with the barbecue sauce.
Step 3
Cut chicken and vegetables into thin strips; spoon evenly onto tortillas. Top with cheese; roll up.

Prepare as directed, substituting boneless pork chops for the chicken and increasing the grilling time to 8 min. on each side or until meat is cooked through (160ºF).
