4 small whole wheat tortillas
2 tsp. chili powder, divided
1/2 lb. (225 g) extra-lean ground beef
2 cups canned no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Light Cheddar Cheese, divided
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1 large tomato, chopped
1/4 cup light sour cream

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Place tortillas in single layer on baking sheet; spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. chili powder. Bake 7 to 8 min. or until crisp.
Meanwhile, brown meat with remaining chili powder in large skillet. Add beans and salsa; cook 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/4 cup cheese.
Top tortillas with meat mixture, remaining cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
