1 pkg. (320 g) P'tit Québec Shredded Fondue Cheese Blend
2 Tbsp. corn starch
3/4 cup beer
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Toss cheese with corn starch until evenly coated.
Step 2
Bring beer and lemon juice just to boil in large saucepan on medium heat.
Step 3
Add cheese, in small batches, to beer mixture, cooking and stirring constantly after each addition until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Bring to boil; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until thickened. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Stir in mustard.
