2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups baby spinach leaves
4 whole wheat kaiser buns (unsplit)
50 g deli reduced-sodium ham, chopped
3/4 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Light Medium Cheddar Cheese, divided
4 eggs

Step 1
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until tender. Stir in spinach; cook 2 to 3 min. or until liquid is evaporated, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Cut thin slice off top of each bun; hollow out inside, leaving 3/4-inch-thick shell. Reserve removed bread and tops for another use. (See tip.) Place buns on baking sheet. Fill with layers of meat, 1/2 cup of the cheese and the vegetable mixture. Crack 1 egg over filling in each bun; cover with foil.
Step 4
Bake 15 min. or until eggs are set; top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, 3 min. or until cheese is melted. Let stand 3 min. before serving.
