1 lb. (450 g) pork breakfast sausage links
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese, divided

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Remove sausage from casings; crumble into medium nonstick skillet. Cook on medium heat 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently; drain.
Spread sausage onto bottom of 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended. Stir in pepper and half the cheese; pour over sausage. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 23 to 25 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
