Step 1
Bring first 4 ingredients to boil in large skillet in medium-high heat; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min.
Step 2
Stir in rice; return to boil on medium-high heat. Simmer, covered, on medium-low heat 3 min. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Top with Cheez Whiz. Do not stir. Let stand, covered, 5 min. or until rice is tender. Stir until well blended.

Variation
Substitute 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g) for the chopped cooked turkey. Heat small amount of oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 5 min. on each side or until chicken is done (170°F). Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm. Bring broth, water and broccoli to boil in large skillet; continue as directed, returning chicken to skillet with rice and Cheez Whiz.
