1/4 cup chopped onions
2 Tbsp. flour
3 cups milk
250 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut up (about 1-1/2 cups)
1 pkg. (750 g) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained

Step 1
Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are tender. Add flour; cook 1 min. or until bubbly, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Stir in milk. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 1 min.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients. Cook until Velveeta is melted and soup is heated through, stirring occasionally.
