2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
1/2 cup chopped onions
2/3 cup Cheez Whiz Jalapeno Tex Mex Cheese Spread
1/2 cup milk
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup sliced black olives
8 small flour tortillas
1/2 cup salsa

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Melt margarine in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until softened. Add Cheez Whiz and milk; cook on low heat 5 min. or until Cheez Whiz is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring frequently. Add chicken and olives; mix well. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture down centre of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam sides down, in 12x8-inch baking dish; top with salsa.
Step 4
Bake 15 min. or until heated through.

How to Soften the Tortillas
Wrap tortillas in dampened paper towels. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or just until softened.

Use Your Microwave
Microwave margarine and onions in 2-L microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 4 min. or until onions are softened, stirring after 2 min. Stir in Cheez Whiz and milk. Microwave 5 to 7 min. or until Cheez Whiz is melted, stirring every 3 min. Add chicken and olives; mix well. Assemble enchiladas as directed; place, seam sides down, in microwaveable 12x8-inch dish. Microwave 3 min. or until heated through, turning dish after 1-1/2 min.
