Jump start supper with this simple, yet delicious, Tex-Mex dish that can be made in just 25 minutes using leftover cooked chicken or a store-bought rotisserie chicken.

8 small flour tortillas
1 cup salsa
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, chopped

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350°F.
Top tortillas with salsa and chicken. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
Place, seam sides down, in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
Bake 15 min. or until roll-ups are heated through and cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.

Serve with one or more of these additional toppings: sour cream, chopped avocados and chopped fresh cilantro.
