Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min., turning after 4 min. Meanwhile, mix soup and Cheez Whiz until blended.
Step 2
Add broccoli to skillet. Pour soup mixture over chicken and broccoli; simmer on medium heat 7 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF).
Step 3
Serve over rice.
