1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 each green pepper and onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 cans (14 fl oz/398 mL each) fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) kidney beans, rinsed
2 cups tomato sauce
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Creamy Mexicana Cheese

Step 1
Brown meat in large saucepan on medium heat. Add peppers, onions and seasonings; cook 5 to 6 min. or until vegetables are softened, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well. Cover; simmer on low heat 30 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Serve topped with cheese.
