1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) kidney beans, rinsed
1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese, divided

Bring all ingredients except cheese to boil in medium saucepan.
Step 2
Simmer on low heat 25 min. or until vegetables are tender. Stir in 1/3 cup cheese.
Step 3
Ladle into bowls. Top with remaining cheese.
