6 cod fillets (1-1/2 lb./675 g), 1/2 inch thick
2 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
3 cups mixed small broccoli florets and thin carrot slices
6 Tbsp. Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Place 1 fish fillet on centre of each of 6 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with thyme; top with vegetables. Fold to make 6 packets.
Step 3
Place in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake 25 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Let stand 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
Step 5
Top with cheese spread.

When purchasing fresh fish fillets and steaks, make sure that they have a firm texture, moist appearance and fresh odour. (They should not smell fishy.) Store in the coldest part of the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Prepare using any other firm white fish fillet, such as halibut.
