How do I make it ?
Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 min. or until tender. Drain.
Return potatoes to pan. Mash until smooth. Add cream cheese, milk, and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan; mix until well blended. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and sunflower kernels before serving.
