2 large baking potatoes (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
4 cups small broccoli florets
1 Tbsp. water
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices

Step 1
Prick potatoes in several places with tip of sharp knife. Place on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 12 min. or until tender, turning potatoes over after 6 min. Remove potatoes from microwave; set aside.
Step 2
Place broccoli in medium microwaveable bowl. Add water; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until broccoli is crisp-tender; drain.
Step 3
Cut each potato lengthwise in half; scoop out flesh, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Add potato flesh to broccoli along with the sour cream and pepper; mix well. Spoon into potato shells.; top with Kraft Singles. Place on microwaveable plate.
Step 4
Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until Singles are melted and potatoes are heated through.
