2-1/2 lb. (1.1 kg) Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese

Heat broiler.
Step 2
Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min. or until potatoes are tender.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat dressing in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook, stirring frequently 3 to 5 min. or until onions are soft. Set aside. Drain potatoes and return to saucepan. Add milk, butter, and 3 Tbsp. parsley; mash to combine.
Step 4
Transfer potatoes to 1.5-L baking dish, spreading onto bottom of dish. Top with cooked onions, cheese and remaining parsley. Place in oven; broil about 2 to 3 min. or until cheese has melted, checking frequently.
