6 small flour tortillas, cut in half
1/3 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 cups frozen peas, thawed
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; press onto bottoms and up sides of 12 muffin pan cups to completely line cups, overlapping edges of tortillas as needed.
Whisk eggs, Miracle Whip and pepper in medium bowl until blended; stir in peas and cheese.
Spoon into tortilla cups, adding about 1/3 cup egg mixture to each cup.
Bake 20 to 22 min. or until centres are almost set. Cool 5 min. before carefully removing tortilla cups from muffin pan to serve.

Add 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon to egg mixture before spooning into tortilla cups and baking as directed.
