1 onion, chopped
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground turkey
2 cups salsa
1-1/2 cups water
1-1/2 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
1 cup frozen corn
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
1 avocado, chopped
1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Cook onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until softened, stirring occasionally. Add turkey; cook 8 to 10 min. or until done, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add salsa, water and pasta; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 14 to 16 min. or until pasta is tender. Stir in corn and cilantro; simmer, uncovered, 5 min. or until reduced to desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Stir in cheese. Top with avocados and tomatoes.
