2 Tbsp. oil
2 zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 onion, chopped
2 pkg. (120 g each) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Miracle WhipCalorie-Wise Spread
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
3 tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add zucchini and onions; cook 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Cool 5 min.
Place stuffing mixes in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Whisk eggs, milk, Miracle Whip and mustard until blended; spoon over stuffing mixes. Top with zucchini mixture and remaining ingredients.
Bake 25 min. or until heated through. Remove from oven.
Heat broiler. Place baking dish 4 inches from heat. Broil 3 to 5 min. or until golden brown.
