1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1 each green and red pepper, chopped
1 cup shredded carrots
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
1 cup frozen corn
5 large flour tortillas
1-1/4 cups Kraft Shredded Mexican Cheese

Step 1
Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers, carrots and garlic; cook 3 to 4 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Stir in beans and corn; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until heated through.
Step 2
Spoon vegetable mixture down centres of tortillas; top with cheese.
Step 3
Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.

Warming the tortillas helps prevent them from cracking when wrapping them around the burrito filling. To warm the tortillas in the oven, wrap the stacked tortillas in foil, then bake in a 300ºF oven for 5 min. or until heated through. Or to warm them in the microwave, wrap the stacked tortillas in moist paper towels, then microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or until heated through.
