2 cups pitted dark sweet cherries
1/2 cup Heinz Sweet & Spicy Memphis Style BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 bone-in pork chops (1-1/2 lb.675 g), 3/4 inch thick

Step 1
Use pulsing action of food processor to process cherries until slightly chunky. Spoon into small saucepan. Add barbecue sauce, vinegar, mustard and sugar; mix well. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. Refrigerate 30 min. or until cooled.
Step 2
Place chops in shallow dish. Pour 3/4 cup barbecue sauce mixture over chops; turn to evenly coat both sides of chops with barbecue sauce mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Step 3
Heat barbecue to medium heat. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Reserve 1/4 cup of the remaining barbecue sauce mixture for serving with the cooked chops. Grill chops 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160°F), brushing with remaining barbecue sauce mixture for the last 3 min. Remove chops from barbecue. Let stand 3 min.
Step 4
Serve chops with the reserved barbecue sauce mixture.

How to Easily Pit the Cherries
Place a cherry on top of a glass soda or wine bottle. Take a chopstick or similar shaped utensil to push down on the stem end of the cherry. The pit should fall into the bottle for easy disposal and cleanup.

How to Use a Grill Pan
Heat grill pan on medium heat 5 min. Add chops; cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160°F), brushing with remaining sauce for the last 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 3 min. before serving as directed.
