Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat egg, honey, oil and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in oats and raisins.
Step 3
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto parchment-covered baking sheets.
Step 4
Bake 7 to 9 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 3 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
