1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1-1/2 cups sliced cremini mushrooms
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
1 flatbread (360 g)
1/2 cup Diana Sauce Gourmet Honey Dijon BBQ Sauce
1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
1/4 cup slivered red onions
3 slices bacon, cooked, coarsely crumbled
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and pepper; cook 3 min. or until tender and golden brown, stirring frequently. Stir in spinach; cook 1 to 2 min. or just until spinach is wilted. Cool slightly.
Step 3
Place flatbread on rimmed baking sheet. Mix barbecue sauce, hot sauce and garlic until blended; spread onto flatbread. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella; top with mushroom mixture, chicken, onions, bacon, remaining mozzarella and goat cheese. Place on lowest oven rack.
Step 4
Bake 12 to 15 min. or until flatbread is crisp and cheeses are melted.

Prepare using Louisiana-style hot pepper sauce or any other hot sauce.
