1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 24 pieces
1/2 cup Renée's Classic Ranch Dressing, divided
8 slices bacon, cut into thirds
16 cherry tomatoes
1 yellow pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
1/2 red onion, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Toss chicken with half the dressing. Wrap 1 bacon piece around each chicken piece; thread onto 8 skewers alternately with vegetables.
Step 3
Place skewers on barbecue grate. Grill 10 to 12 min. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining dressing.

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 min. before using to help prevent them from burning on the barbecue.
