How do I make it ?
Select All
Step 1
Cut lemon in half; squeeze juice from 1 lemon half into large bowl. Add 1/4 cup oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper; whisk until blended. Cut remaining lemon half into slices. Add to lemon juice mixture along with the chicken; stir to evenly coat chicken with lemon juice mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Step 2
Meanwhile, place a thick-handled wooden spoon on tops of 2 glasses or cups of equal heights. Heat small nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add 1/4 cup cheese; spread into even layer on bottom of skillet. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted and golden brown on bottom. Immediately remove cheese from skillet; hang over spoon handle to form shell. Cool completely. Transfer shell to platter. Repeat with remaining cheese to make 11 additional shells.
Step 3
Cut bread into 1/4-inch cubes. Heat remaining oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add bread cubes; cook 3 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Heat grill pan on medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Cook chicken, in batches, 8 to 10 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Transfer chicken to cutting board; cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
Step 5
Place chicken in large bowl. Add lettuce and dressing; mix lightly. Spoon into cheese shells; top with croutons and bacon.

Serving Suggestion
Cut additional lemon into wedges. Serve with the tacos. Squeeze lemon juice over tacos just before serving.

Use Your Barbecue
If you don't have a grill pan, you can cook the chicken on your outdoor barbecue instead. Do not cut the chicken into strips before marinating in lemon juice mixture as directed. Heat greased barbecue on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Transfer chicken to cutting board; cut into 1/2-inch pieces, continue as directed in recipe.
