1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) low fat condensed cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
3 cups small fresh broccoli florets
1/2 lb. (225 g) sliced deli reduced-sodium ham, chopped
6 Cracker Barrel Swiss Cheese Slices

Step 1
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
Step 3
Mix soup and mustard in medium bowl until blended; stir in chicken, broccoli and ham.
Step 4
Spoon into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese and stuffing.
Step 5
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until heated through.

While you can also prepare this recipe using frozen broccoli florets, we prefer to use fresh broccoli florets since they bake to perfect doneness while still retaining their bright green colour.
