1 Tbsp. Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. salsa
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/3 cup shredded cooked chicken
2 tsp. chopped green onions
2 white bread slices
1 Kraft Extra Cheddar Process Cheese Product Slice
2 tsp. non-hydrogenated margarine

How do I make it ?
Mix mayonnaise, salsa and chili powder in small bowl until blended. Add chicken and onions; mix lightly.
Fill bread slices with chicken mixture and cheese to make sandwich. Spread outside of sandwich with margarine.
Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.

Stir chopped fresh cilantro into the chicken mixture before using as directed.
This is a great way to use leftover cooked chicken. Or, you can instead prepare this delicious sandwich using shredded chicken from a purchased rotisserie chicken.
