How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Thread chicken onto 8 skewers alternately with peppers and onions. Mix dressing, lime juice, garlic and cumin until blended; brush onto kabobs. Grill 7 to 8 min. on each side or until chicken is done. Remove from barbecue.
Grill tortillas 15 to 30 sec. on each side or just until warmed.
Remove chicken and vegetables from skewers; place on tortillas. Top with cheese.
