3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg. (35 g) 25%-less-sodium fajita seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 each green and red pepper, cut into thin strips
2 green onions, sliced
1 cup Kraft Shredded Marble Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook 3 to 5 min. or until chicken is lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Add seasoning mix, water, red onions and peppers; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Step 3
Drain pasta. Add to chicken mixture in skillet; stir. Remove from heat. Add cheese; stir until melted. Sprinkle with green onions and cilantro.
