2 tsp. olive oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb./225 g), each cut horizontally into 2 thin cutlets
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1 onion, chopped
1 small carrot, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1 red pepper, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1 can (14 fl oz/389 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. on each side or until done. Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
Step 2
Heat dressing in same skillet. Add onions, carrots and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add zucchini and peppers, cook and stir 5 min. Stir in tomatoes; bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Serve chicken with vegetable mixture.
