1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
juice from 1 lime
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs
3/4 lb. (340 g) fresh green beans, trimmed
1 cup water
1 small avocado
1-1/2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
2 green onions, sliced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs

Step 1
Mix dressing and lime juice. Pour 1/4 cup over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of thighs. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Step 2
Meanwhile, place beans in large microwaveable bowl. Add water; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 10 min. or until beans are crisp-tender; drain. Rinse with cold water; cool completely.
Step 3
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 12 to 15 min. or until done (170ºF), turning after 8 min. Remove from barbecue; cut into strips.
Step 4
Cut avocado in half. Blend half with remaining dressing mixture in blender until smooth. Chop remaining avocado. Place chicken, beans and remaining vegetables in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; mix lightly. Top with cheese and chopped avocados.

Heat grill pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat on stove top. Add chicken, in batches if necessary; cook 12 to 15 min. or until done (170ºF), turning after 8 min.

How to Prevent Beans from Overcooking
Cook beans as directed. Drain, then immediately place beans in bowl of ice water. Let stand 3 to 5 min. or until cooled. Drain, then use as directed.
