6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb./750 g), cut into strips
3 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
2 Tbsp. water
1 pkg. (250 g) Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 cups hot cooked rice

Step 1
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. or until cooked through.
Step 2
Stir in beans and water. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 5 min. or until beans are tender.
Step 3
Add Velveeta and pepper; cook 2 to 3 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Serve over the rice.
