1/2 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
2 Tbsp. 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1-1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 lb. (1350 g) bone-in, skinless chicken pieces (breasts, thighs, legs)

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except chicken in large bowl. Add chicken; toss to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinate.
Step 2
Heat oven to 400°F. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on rack in shallow baking dish.
Step 3
Bake 50 to 55 min. or until done (170ºF).
