3 Tbsp. butter, divided
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh mushrooms, quartered
1 onion, chopped
1 can (680 mL) Catelli Thick & Chunky Tomato Basil Blast Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet.
Step 2
Melt remaining butter in skillet. Add vegetables; cook and stir 4 min. Return chicken to skillet. Add pasta sauce and parsley; mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.

For a creamier sauce, add 1/2 cup whipping cream to chicken mixture in skillet along with the pasta sauce and parsley.
