How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Toss ingredients in large bowl. Thread 2 mushrooms and chicken cubes alternately onto 8 skewers.
Grill 12 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), turning halfway.

Add 1 tsp. fresh thyme to ingredients before tossing and grilling.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning on the barbecue.
Serve with grilled green onions.
