1/3 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing
3 cups cooked rice
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced black olives
2 Tbsp. toasted almonds

How do I make it ?
COMBINE orange juice and salad dressing. Add rice, chicken, celery and olives; toss lightly. Cover and chill 1 hour.
SERVE salad mixture on salad greens and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
