Our chicken skewers are a simple way to bring Asian flavours onto the appetizer menu. KRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter is mixed with MIRACLE WHIP for an irresistible peanut dipping sauce for these broiled chicken skewers.

4 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce, divided
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients and 2 Tbsp. soy sauce in large bowl. Add chicken, marinate for 15 min.
Step 2
Meanwhile mix peanut butter, Miracle Whip, sesame oil, water, remaining soy sauce and crushed red pepper in medium bowl; set aside. Reserve 1/4 cup; refrigerate for another use.
Step 3
Heat broiler. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers; place on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Broil chicken, 4 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally. Serve with peanut sauce.
