How do I make it ?
Toss chicken with 2 Tbsp. soy sauce. Refrigerate 15 min. Meanwhile, whisk remaining soy sauce with all remaining ingredients except peppers.
Heat broiler. Thread 1 piece each chicken and pepper onto each of 24 small skewers; place on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Broil, 4 inches from heat, 3 to 4 min. on each side or until chicken is done and peppers are crisp-tender.
Place skewers on platter. Serve with peanut sauce for dipping.

Do not cut chicken breasts as directed. Drizzle 2 Tbsp. soy sauce evenly over 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts on plate. Refrigerate 15 min. Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Serve with peanut sauce.
Add small red onion chunk to each skewer before broiling as directed.
