1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter
1/4 tsp. chili flakes
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch wide strips
1 cup cucumber sticks (1x1/2 inch)
1 small tomato, chopped
1/2 cup sliced radishes
1 green onion, thinly sliced
2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Step 1
Whisk together first 5 ingredients; pour 1/4 cup over chicken in shallow dish. Stir to evenly coat chicken. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, stirring after 15 min.
Step 2
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread chicken onto 12 skewers.
Step 3
Grill 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally. Meanwhile, combine vegetables and 1/4 cup of the remaining dressing mixture.
Step 4
Spoon rice onto platter; top with skewers. Drizzle with remaining dressing mixture. Serve with cucumber mixture.

Note
If using wooden skewers, soak them for 30 min. in warm water before using to help prevent them from burning on the barbecue.

Use Your Broiler
Heat broiler. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers as directed; place on broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. or until done, turning after 5 min.
