4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 pkg. (1/2 lb./225 g) sliced fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 pkg. (120 g ) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup hot water
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese

Step 1
Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, onions and mushrooms; cook 10 min. or until chicken is done (170°F), stirring onion mixture occasionally and turning chicken over after 5 min. Transfer chicken to plate; cover to keep warm. Continue cooking onion mixture 3 to 5 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add Worcestershire sauce to onions in skillet; mix well. Reduce heat to low. Return chicken to skillet; spoon onion mixture over chicken.
Step 3
Mix stuffing mix and hot water. Spoon stuffing mixture around edge of skillet; sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Cook 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
