1 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Juice with 50% Less Salt
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. grated gingerroot
1 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cups fresh snow peas
2 small red peppers, cut into thin strips

Step 1
Mix ketchup, tomato juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and ginger until blended.
Step 2
Heat oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; stir-fry 2 min. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 min. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
Step 3
Add ketchup mixture; stir. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Simmer in medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until chicken is done.
