2 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped poblano chiles
1 pkg. (24 g) 30%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
3 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 can (540 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
250 g (1/4 of 1-kg pkg.) cooked polenta, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices, quartered
1/3 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

How do I make it ?
Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and chiles; cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Stir in taco seasoning mix.
Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream and cilantro; stir. Bring to boil, stirring frequently; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
Serve topped with sour cream and cilantro.

How to Freeze the Remaining Pre-Cooked Polenta
Slice the remaining package of polenta into 1/2-inch-thick slices; place in single layer in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Freeze up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in refrigerator before using as desired.
