Whisk water, soy sauce, vinegar, Sriracha sauce and honey in small bowl until blended. Add powdered peanut butter; mix well.
Step 2
Heat oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 1 min. Add vegetables, garlic and ginger; stir-fry stir 3 to 5 min. or until chicken is lightly browned.
Step 3
Add peanut butter mixture; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Step 4
Serve over rice.
