How do I make it ?
Microwave jelly in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until melted. Add next 6 ingredients; mix well. Pour half the jelly mixture over chicken; mix lightly. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.
Heat barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers.
Grill 10 min. or until chicken is done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining jelly mixture.
