1 pkg. (225 g) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1 sweet red pepper, finely chopped
1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
4 green onions, thinly sliced
3/4 cup Kraft Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
6 Ritz Crackers, coarsely crushed

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Prepare Kraft Dinner as directed on package. Meanwhile, brown meat with yellow onions and sweet peppers in large skillet.
Add meat mixture to prepared Dinner along with the chipotle peppers; mix well.
Spoon into 2-L casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with green onions, shredded cheese and cracker crumbs.
Bake 15 min. or until heated through.

Serve with a crisp green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
For additional heat, use 2 finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.
Prepare recipe in a disposable foil pan so you can enjoy while tailgating! Just pack in a cooler until ready to heat on a covered barbecue on low heat until mixture is heated through.
