Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
Step 2
Add tomatoes, broth and carrots; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until carrots are tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Blend vegetable mixture, in small batches, in blender until smooth, adding dressing with the last batch of cooked vegetables.
