Step 1
Fill metal steamer half full with water; bring to boil on high heat. Place sausage on heatproof plate; place in steamer. Cover steamer. Steam sausage 10 min. Remove from steamer; cool 5 min.
Step 2
Cut sausage diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices; place in large bowl. Add cucumbers, tomatoes and dressing; mix lightly. Transfer to platter; top with coriander.
