PREPARE 1 box of Kraft Dinner Mac 'n Cheese, adding 2 chopped broccoli stems during the last 2 minutes the noodles are boiling.
ADD 2 cups hot cooked rice, 1/4 lb chopped cooked chicken and a chopped green onion.
MIX well and season to taste with salt, pepper and a dash of soy sauce.
