1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 cups snow peas, trimmed
1 small red pepper, cut into strips
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Lemon Jelly Powder
1 Tbsp. corn starch
1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Add snow peas and peppers; cook and stir 2 min.
Step 2
Mix dry jelly powder and corn starch in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients; stir until jelly powder is dissolved. Add to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
